Why am I being rebilled?
All our memberships by credit card and bank account automatically rebill. This is stated on the join pages and three times on top of the emails our processors send to you after you made your purchase. It is stated many times that the membership will renew automatically, so you did not bother to read the join page or emails. We try our best to let or customers know this. Refund are handled on a case by case basis. If you have questions about your bill please contact us
I got billed for an additional site.
Check out the second join page of the site you joined. You will see that extra site right above the submit button with the rebilling price right below the submit button. Please contact us with any billing issues or questions.
How do I cancel my membership?
The easiest and quickest way to cancel is to click here select the site you joined then fill out our automated cancel form.
What will show up on my bill?
It should show BluMedia.com or BluMedia Inc. If it shows another name you were probably billed my another one of our backup processors.
What happens if I do a chargeback?
Chargebacks are taken very seriously and very costly for us and even the consumer. If you chargeback any transaction to our site you will be banned forever from our sites and processors. Your transaction will also be considered felony theft and we will prosecute. You will get an invoice from us and will have to pay any fees we occured and if that isn't paid it goes to collection then our attorney. If you have a problem with what you were charged or rebilled please contact us first to see if we can fix it.
