Why am I being rebilled?
All our memberships by credit card and bank account automatically rebill. This is stated on the join pages and twice in the emails our processors send to you after you made your purchase. There is no refunds given since it is stated a total of 3 times that the membership will renew automatically. If you have questions about your bill please contact us

Can I get information on the subscription that I purchased online?
Yes, use our online Purchase Finder or you can contact us by email.

I don't remember my login.
You should of received a confirmation email after you joined. Make sure you also check your email and spam folders because it might of went into those. You can also contact us and we will send you your username and password.

Will you mail anything to my home or sell my email address?
No..absolutely not and we will never sell any of your information to anyone.

I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why??
A sales confirmation email is sent with each order that we process. You must enter a valid email address each time that you make a purchase to insure that you'll receive your confirmation/receipt. You should also check your spam folders incase the confirmation went there.

I got billed but I don't think I should of
